You will not be able to change your username or email address given.

Are there physical stores for Vyakta ?
No! We dont have a physical store . Vyakta is a complete online store.

How do I know your products are genuine, are there any certificates available?
All Vyakta sarees are authenticated by Silkmark and Handloom Mark.

What are your shipping charges for domestic and international shipping ?

Where do you ship ?
We offer worldwide shipping.
Who are your courier partners? How do I track my shipment ?
We are tied up with reputed couriers such as DHL and DTDC. For international shipping we also have an option of INDIA POST .You will receive a mail with tracking number of your orders upon dispatch of the same from our end.
When can I expect my order?
We ship out the products within 5 working days from the date of placing the order. This timeline does not apply to pre-orders and for certain jewellery items.
How can I check the status of my order?
As your order is out for delivery, Tracking details and courier service will be sent to your registered Email ID. You can check your order status online with the help of tracking details and courier service .

How do I find for the products I want?
You may search for any product using the magnifying glass icon. You may also search by Keywords such as a color, material etc .. and you will get a list of matching results .
What is the process once I have selected the products that I wish to buy?

What are the modes of payment available to me?
You may opt to pay using Credit card , Debit card , Net Banking & Direct deposit to our account. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!
How do I send a Vyakta product as a gift?
Get in touch with us and we will be happy to giftwrap your product, add a personalised card and route it to the gift recipient's address!
Do the prices on the website include taxes?
Yes , all prices shown in site are including taxes . What is not included is the customs duty or a tax/charges that may be levied as per the local laws based on the country / city that you live in.
A product I like is marked as ‘Sold Out’. What are my options ?
In the event of a product you liked being sold out , please get in touch with our Customer assistance team ,who can check for a second unit of the same (if available ) or assist you with similar options as per your preference, and in some cases, re-order the product if that is an option.
